Ms. Clingan represents clients at all stages of federal civil and criminal proceedings, from initial investigation through trial and appeal. Her practice encompasses the spectrum of white collar regulatory and enforcement matters. She also advises clients navigating complex administrative processes before federal agencies.

Drawing on her prior experience as a senior federal prosecutor, Ms. Clingan brings a distinctive ability to assess risk and craft creative approaches that achieve the most favorable resolution at the earliest possible stage.

Ms. Clingan is a first chair trial attorney and a tenacious advocate who has successfully tried cases to verdict across the United States.

Before entering government service, she practiced at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
